What is D/C?
D/C (Discipleship/Confirmation) is a two year program exploring the Old and New Testaments, as well as the history of the Church. It is a weekly class that meets for all seventh and eight graders, together for the purpose of understanding and applying what the Word of God contains.

EXPECTATIONS
Attendance is critical to a successful D/C experience, and one of the few areas we can evaluate confidently. The D/C administration will review attendance to the following:
*Class every Sunday
*Worship every Sunday
*Monthly outreach opportunities
*D/C Sunday
Absences may prevent the student’s participation in D/C Sunday. To benefit fully from this journey of faith, you need to be there! There will be added requirements for those eighth graders who will be participating on D/C Sunday. The requirements will be announced at least one month ahead of time.
OUTREACH
We believe that teaching students how to use their faith in practical, tangible ways is a necessary part of this discipleship experience. We are requiring participation in monthly outreach opportunities. We encourage parents to take part in these various opportunities to serve and work alongside your students
