Thursday, August 5 – Worlds of Fun
Meet at church at 8:00am and head down to Kansas City for a fun day at Worlds of Fun. The cost is $30, which will include your admission into the park and gas. Bring extra money for food. There will be a lunch stop for before entering the park. Also, if you want souvenirs or to play games, bring money for that. The vans will return to church at 10:00 pm.

6:30 VBS Training - If you are signed up to work VBS, training is from 6:30 to 7:00 or so. If you haven’t signed up to help yet, it may be possible to get added, but this is it. You can’t come without signing up or we won’t have anything for you to do. Meet in the range.

Wednesday, July 28
2:00pm —- Paintball and Hi League at Torgersons
WELCOME OUR NEW FRESHMEN!! Come to Torgerson’s at 2:00pm for paintball, then Hi League on location. Bring $15 for paintballs and food for dinner, which will be served there. If you are coming just for Hi League, bring $5 for food. You are welcome to bring your own paintball gear, but please sign up online by July 21 at Next-Big-Event There will be a $5 late fee if not signed up by then. Torgerson’s are at 2005 River Rd Waterloo.

What a week…lots to do before school starts
More about the Boat Retreat later…we will make provisions for Millard to be able to join us in SD.

Stay after church for lunch in Fellowship Hall, then we’ll head out to Seymour Smith park for Disc Golf. It’s a great game even if you’ve never played before. Discs will be provided if you don’t have one. Vans return to church at 4pm after a brief stop at DQ.
